One chair defective delivered.
Out of 4 chairs , one chair is broken. I have asked for replacement. Return pickup person refused to take one chair. Asked to contact customer service. Pleade advise.

“Attractive Design but Needs Better Quality”
Sorry, one of the chairs arrived damaged. I had seen this chair earlier and found it quite unique and attractive, which is why I ordered it online. Considering the price, the quality is acceptable but not fully satisfactory. If the damaged chair is replaced, I would be willing to keep the rest. The quality could be improved, even if it means a slight increase in price.
