More important to me is that the ingredient deck is listed in English and contains hydrolyzed collagen from fish rather than plankton or algae. This is absorbed more readily by human skin and has more studies than than plankton or algae. Although you may be thinking about a vegan option, remember that the fish is being sourced anyway and this means that the fish can be used in its entirety without waste. We just want it to be sustainable. IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT that SHARK IS NEVER USED in your cosmetics and only sustainable fish should be used (i.e, cod is being poorly sourced amongst other issues). Ingredient lists are so important. Know what you are getting. Would love to be certain that cod and shark is not being used in this product, please, (but thank you for listing the ingredients! - nothing to hide that way. I'm tired of some overseas products refusing to list their ingredients).Type I collagen can be utilized up to 1.5 times more effectively by skin and its bio-availability is much higher quality than collagen derived from bovine and porcine sources.Again, collagen from fish is considered an environmentally sustainable source of collagen. The majority of fish by-product from processing becomes waste from fish skin, which is known to be rich in Type I collagen. I hope to find out exactly what fish is being used and will be able to tell the effects of this cream over time, but love the moisturizing! While this is a fairly simple item to use, I would like to know what the ingredients are at least! But everything on the jar is also written in Chinese. I do like the fact that this seems to go a very long way in regards to coverage. And it doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky. It absorbs fairly quickly. I've only been using it for a few days so I can't really see any results yet but if I do I will come back to edit my review.
