Was skeptical at first because there were only 20+ reviews when we ordered this and there were some complaints about the quality and instructions and such. Thankfully we had a great experience! Instructions were simple and it came out super sturdy and classy looking (as far as cat trees go). The smoothness of the wood and softness of the resting spots was unexpected and a huge plus! Kitty warmed up to it immediately unlike a few other brands we tried previously :). This is pricey for sure, but definitely worth it.

Love the look and design, but, unfortunately, after assembling it, it was very unstable, rocks with the pressure of my cat jumping on it. I can't imagine this will last very long at our house.

Not tacky at all. Nice quality and works for all 3 of my babies. The like to scratch the wrapped middle , play with the ball and relax in the basket and sit on top. Fits nice in my living room corner.

Very sturdy, plenty of spots for my cat to sit. I’d recommend this to anyone. Only bad thing is that the top tower is a little small and my cat doesn’t like going up there

First off, unboxing this I was in shock with how insanely organized it was! Everything was packaged perfectly. The instructions and layout was SO EASY!!! It looks so nice and clean,. Would definitely recommend!

Was so excited to get this to build. Instructions seem very easy to follow however one of my pieces is chipped, and the holes in piece A do not allow me to screw in to piece B. Would love to keep if I can get replacements for these parts as everything else looks so cute! No idea how to contact the seller.

This was by far the easiest thing I’ve ever put together. The directions were very clear, no faults or problems with the wood or drilled holes, they even included and extra puff ball to replace when the cats destroy the other one and extra hardware. There’s velcro stickers on the scratch post and pillow at the top to keep them in place. Whoever designed this thought of everything. My cats haven’t left this thing since I put it together.
