I would have paid hundreds of that was what it was worth. Works super well, it’s battery life is excellent as I haven’t needed to switch or charge anything yet and works perfectly! So easy to use!

This was decently priced and of good quality. It was fairly easy to install. The app is just a little clunky but seems to work just fine. When setting up the fingerprint, be patient. It says it will tell you when to remove your finger for the multiple readings, when a partial print shows, remove then replace your finger quickly until all the reads are done. It also didn’t accurately locate my address but close enough. Over all a good buy.

For light use it is so convinient but expect it not to last more tha a year.

We recently started an air bnb at our cabin and needed to lock a room to prevent guest access but still allow for entrance by cleaners or for emergencies using a code. Install was easy on this just like any other door handle and setup was easy. The finger print option was pretty neat also but I think the codes will end up being my go to route. Overall appearance on the handle is nice as well and feels heavy/durable.

I've been using the product now for some time. Installation was simple. Programming of The fingerprint reader was simple. Only problem I had was when door is open it will sometimes press the button that activates or deactivates locking mechanism. Meaning if not careful you can shut door and it would still allow everyone access. Overall a good product for the price. I like the addition of being able to charge it should it have a dead battery. And I like the manual key if needed. The combination part works well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a little bit of additional security and low security areas. Due to the design of handle will not withstand rugged impact if someone was forcefully trying to enter. So don't use in a high security setting. But for everyday standard use in a low security setting is worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I bought 4 of these. 3 were defective or didn't work. One came without keys. The one that I kept works very well and looks nice (but doesnt have keys). However if you store multiple fingerprints it randomly forgets and you have to type in the awful 8 digit code +# code. Not something that I trust to work. They are Bluetooth enabled but have to connect manually each time you want to disengage the lock. It would be faster and more efficient to use the key (if you have one) drop it twice then enter your dwelling. The unlock/lock options take forever to engage. Fingerprints work 10% of the time and are a headache.

Upgrading to this smart door lock for my bedroom was a game-changer! Not only does it provide top-notch security, but the convenience it offers is unbeatable. With the sleek design adds a modern touch to my door. Definitely a worthwhile investment for peace of mind and convenience!

It seems great, looks great, was easy to install but not the best design and is faulty. It auto locks behind which is annoying. There is no way to tell if it’s actually locked from the inside without opening the door to test the handle from the outside. And it also seems as though it can’t handle cold weather. Since the temp got below freezing the fingerprint reader does not work and after you open the door it just continues to beep.

So far we love this smart door handle. The Install was straightforward. Setup of fingerprints and passcode was very easy and quick using the app.Of note, the app only works with the product labeled as “smart” (not the other knobs listed).An instruction sheet with QR code will come with the handle that will allow you to launch the Tuya Smart app. The device uses Bluetooth, so you may not be able to unlock the door remotely or from a far distance (ie. I can’t unlock it from another floor in my house).The fingerprint has been very reliable and I haven’t needed to use the pin.I like that there are several ways to gain entry and having a key as backup is peace of mind.The only cons I can find so far is Bluetooth range and that the door handle doesn’t lock from the inside. Also, the sound is annoyingly loud when it locks/unlocks even when muting the sound through the app — as it’s the mechanical deadbolt moving that makes it loud. I’d buy again.

Took a bit of planning once I got the product. My old spring bolt had a circular lip and this has a rectangular lip. I didn't noticed this in any of the photos so it was a surprise. It would have been good to provide this info or a copy of the actual install guide to plan ahead. Anyway, I had to chisel 1-2 mm deep to flush this in. And then had to align this spring bolt to the existing pinch plate. I had trouble with the connecting pipe since it was in a diamond position instead of a square to match the orientation of the front handle. As soon as I figured how to align this to both squares, installing the rest was easy. It took me longer than probably should have if I didn't have to do some chisel work. The video on this site helped. The guide that came has clear programming instructions. Make sure you have the right measurements before you buy. I used this one as my trial and now I would purchase more.Compared to the old lock, the plate sizes are about the same and scratch marks are well covered. The handle is thicker but you can get used to it.
