Wires aren’t color coded, requires research and adaptation
I have to say I’ve installed a fair number of systems and some things are fairly universal, red and yellow are usually power, blue is remote, black or green for ground etc.. looking at the layout of this was confusing enough I had to find close up pics of a ts-wx1010a plug to figure out which wires are what. So..... apparently both yellows go together for power, both black go together for ground, alright that’s adaptable.. the pioneer plug should have one blue wire in the center bottom pin (none in the top) for remote, this has a brown wire and a red(?) wire in the middle. The last 4 wires are speaker outputs and should be 2 matching colors,each with one solid, one with a stripe, to splice into rca plugs. I’m left with.... a red wire (not a power) a blue wire (not in the remote wire slot) a green wire and a white wire, all solid. By comparing it with pics of the right plug I think I can make it work by ignoring the random colors, but I’m unimpressed. If someone just followed the instructions to install that unit by wire color, they would have a real mess on their hands. This should absolutely not be listed as directly compatible with the pioneer ts-wx1010a series, the 10 pin plug fits, but it has the wrong number of wires and almost all of them are the wrong (random) colors. Do not recommend.

A bit confusing but it gets the job done.
I have a TS-WX1210A and needed a new harness. This one didnt match the pioneer harness colors. I just adapted the pin locations from the old one to the new harness and the speaker powered up and played fine. Only thing is that i have an extra wire that goes to nothing.

The harness fits however do not follow the colours of the wires. The layout is wrong and the wires are in random order. Mine does not even match the picture from the add. The one I have from right to left: 2 red (ground) 2 black (power) 1white (nothing) 1 green (remote) 1 brown/1yellow (red rca) 1grey/1blue (white rca)

Wiring is completely random and not at all correct. If someone were to install this as provided, it would be very dangerous.
