Will the protectant provide a barrier that prevents zebra mussels from attaching to an aluminum boat?

While this sealant does not prevent zebra mussels from attaching to your tubes, I have noticed a significant reduction on the smooth part of the tubes. Boat is 10 years old and kept in the Mississippi for the season. The past 3 years at end of season, I have used the Sharkhide cleaner, polish and then sealant. Every year, the job gets easier. Mussels will still find crevices and crannies to latch on to but this sealant gives them less to grab.

Does anyone have before and after pictures. I am concerned about what it says on the product bottle may produce an off white finish.

I dilute 25% and there is no white residue. Sorry, no pictures as boat is now in storage for winter.

Will it clean anidoized aluminum ?

No,it just seals with a clear coat! You will need to clean with a buffer and a product called White Diamond

If I clean my pontoon boat on the asphalt driveway will this cleaner stain the asphalt?
