I spent hours just trying to buff out the grout in the shower pan and then a friend suggested this. It make quick work and was easy to attached to my drill. Review: If you are still manually scrubbing you're missing out! - Haven't used it, but I love the larger size of this 5 inched product. It is more like 6 inches, which is great. I am sure it will work great because I have the smaller 4 inch version and wanted a bigger one to shorten the work load or larger coverage area. These things with a drill shorten the work load and effort of scrubbing and or cleaning anything household and beyond.

**Q: Does scratch toilet surface**
A: I used this without scratching on bathroom tile. I suspect it would be ok to use on a porcelain toilet surface.  Start with the finer brush with light pressure on a inconspicuous surface as a test. Be careful with toilet seats as they are made of plastic or painted wood and would probably scratch that surface.

**Q: I want to scuff up some paint on metal (aluminum) so new paint will adhere, will these work or are they too abrasive?**
A: Yes, they will work. The green pads are very abrasive:)

These attachments are exactly what I need to sand down the grout in my shower. I spent hours just trying to buff out the grout in the shower pan and then a friend suggested this. It make quick work and was easy to attached to my drill. They are of a nice material that cleans well. They can be used on a different assortment of things and the material will hold up well to use. They were a good value for the ease they provided.

Haven't used it, but I love the larger size of this 5 inched product. It is more like 6 inches, which is great. I am sure it will work great because I have the smaller 4 inch version and wanted a bigger one to shorten the work load or larger coverage area. Works on a drill, but kept flying off my driver. Seemed to work well but did not remove the stains left by workers on bottom of the tub.
