Finish Not Built To Last
I bought these after saving up some vouchers. Not a small purchase for me, but I thought buy once and buy well.I loved them when they first arrived - they looked very slick and went well with my kitchen. They’re of good build, heat the water swiftly, no real hot spots when I’m making sauces and the handles don’t burn my hands when I lift them off the stove.Unfortunately, they haven’t fared very well aesthetically at all.I don’t use them for anything other than general every day cooking - I’m certainly no chef. The pictures show the damage from average daily use from the past year. I would expect that to happen after 8 years or so of use, let alone 12 months. They don’t get banged about, I don’t mash potatoes in them or anything similar and although they go in the dishwasher a few times a week, I’ve never experienced damage like this from mere dishwashing.I have spoken with Amazon and their customer service was great. I’ll be getting some new ones in the not too distant future. Not these ones though.

Nearly £300 and coating started to peel off very soon
I bought a set of 3 Le Creuset pans (current price nearly £300 on Amazon, but almost £400 elsewhere) in January 2021. They are allegedly some of the best and most durable pans in the world, not to mention very pricey. The pans themselves are good - very substantial, work well and the internal coating is solid; they are also easy to clean (although I put them in the dishwasher, as they are vaunted as being completely dishwasher safe). However... the coating all around the lids starts to peel off very quickly, leaving us worried we are ingesting small squiggles of Teflon on a regular basis... Would definitely not recommend, as a waste of money - I am moving back to Circulon, as at least they are cheaper to replace (c. £110 for three pans the same size). I noticed that other reviewers have said the same about peeling Teflon on Le Creuset pans, but I guess Le Creuset don't view/take customer feedback into account. If the area where the (metal-edged) lids meet the pans could be made of metal and not coated with Teflon, perhaps this would indeed solve the peeling issue and make these the best pans ever. Now on to Circulon - another £110 forked out for new pans in under 24 months.

Really disappointed
I thought paying this kind of money would mean a great product. Nope. the edge is peeling off on two after 3 months and will be returned.

Amazing quality
I love these pans already, they are the best I have ever used. Nothing catches or burns, cooks evenly and uses less gas! Completely non-stick and look pretty damn good too.I guess you pay for what you get and although they are expensive I think that the cost will even itself out over time, even my wife fails to burn food in them :D

Excellent pans.
Expensive, but I do like Le Creuset pans. I have had a number of these pans over the last 10-12 years and they all have had to be replaced due to the surface starting to flake off around the top (admittedly after a few years). Not ideal, especially considering that they have not been treated badly.Nevertheless I have decided to purchase a new set as I understand that the coating is now 'tougher' than before. I hope so! (Highly recommend following the product instructions, as they really need to be 'primed' before use).
