No smell. Really works well especiallywhen my back gets stiff after doing yard work. Highly recommend. Not suppose to use for more than a week and only on legs, arms & back

I like how effectively it works on different body parts. It is not strong in odor which I like and it does not sting or burn when it is applied in the body.

I have arthritis in my hands, and this definitely helps. I used to take diclofenac in pill form, but my doctor stopped it because I had been on it a long time and he was worried it would affect my liver. So, he gave me a prescription for the topical gel. I can only use that at home though because the smell is so strong. So, I was happy to find this is fragrance free. It still has a slight smell, but nowhere near as strong as the prescription one. I can use this one before I go out, or even when I am out and no one else can smell it. I find that a dose much smaller than the one suggested works just fine, plus it means less is absorbed into the body so it's safer. All in all, I'm happy with it. It can be returned, so you have nothing to lose to try it. You can buy this same thing at most drugstores. I was ordering other things from Amazon so just added this in.

This works wonderfully. So happy I found unscented. The other brand has so much scent that it gave me headaches. Thank you Motrin!

It's the only unscented Diclofenac gel I can find. It's sold at Safeway, RiteAid, and Amazon. It costs more but it's worth it. I detest the floral, fake, perfumey, irritating, long-lasting fragrance used in other brands and in generic Diclofenac.

This works OK on my knees. Does relieve some Paine for a while.
