Easy to install, very good build quality, very hard to adjust to my exact requirements; but if you spend the time and effort to fine tune it, it beats most other door closers. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

It did exactly what I needed it for. Replaced the old one with no need to make any new drill holes.

Solid door closer with a lot of adjustability. Only issue is the bolt that holds the arm at the right length to latch the door is only held by tension against a flat, smooth surface. When the door is opened the pressure from the spring and valves eventually causes the bolt to slide and shorten the arm length, especially if it's opened until it hits the back check point where pressure is highest. This issue could easily be fixed by Norton by machining groves into the top of the arm. You can also just take a file and make the grooves yourself. And use red Loctite on the bolt.

Installed on office doors. Works just like all the Norton closers have always worked. Classic quality. Install, adjust, and forget about it.
