Bought these for beach volleyball! They fit snug but comfortable. They protect my feet from small stones and the hot sand. I like the fact I don’t feel them on my feet so it’s easy to move around in the sand. Huge bonus is there is little to no sand in them when I take them off.

I bought these to use for sand volleyball in the fall/winter and they've been well worth the price. I've played in 45f drizzly weather at night and these kept my feet pretty warm for the first hour, after that they got cold pretty rapidly, probably from a combination of the cold, wet sand, drizzle, and sweating in them, but it was still much better than playing barefoot. On cold dry nights I bet they'd keep me warmer longer. They are thin and light enough I didn't really feel like I was wearing anything, the neoprene soles are just thick enough to insulate and protect without feeling clumsy. Others have complained about sand getting inside but I didn't have any issue with that, they fit snug enough nothing got in. They run small - I have about a 12.5 foot and usually wear size 13 shoes, or 14 in running shoes, and I got the 2XL which was barely big enough. The XL was way too small.

I ordered the XS and they got my size 6.5/7 foot. The seam at first over the toe seems to rub but after being on they don’t create friction or irritation. Fit well and would recommend. Will use for beach volleyball or to swim in future. They dried quickly and helped when walking on rocks in the water on my vacation. The style is nice as well.
