I initially tried this to replace the Becca brand primer I had used for so many years and loved. They stopped making it. I like this even better! The green tube, blurring primer for face with SPF 30, goes on silky smooth and some days I don’t even bother to put foundation on over this it looks so good. It looks soft and natural. I have this in the white tube which is the mattifying version , but on my aging skin I prefer this. Excellent product and I am a big fan of this brand

This works really well! I have naturally “rosy” cheeks and I don’t like to wear heavy makeup. I sweat and tend to be oily in my T-zone and my makeup runs by the end of the day. I am very impressed with the redness correction and how well this primer holds my foundation. It doesn’t feel heavy and there is no real fragrance. The consistency isn’t too thick and it spreads well. I’m very curious to see how well it works as we head into summer.

I was looking for a less expensive, but nice quality concealer to replace the expensive one I had been using for years. I gave this a try and love everything about it except the fragrance. It goes on smoothly and blends well with the rest of my makeup. It lasts all day!! The smell disappears shortly after application. I recommend this product.

Great coverage! I bought the Il Makiage green tint primer for $45 a few months ago and was looking for a more affordable option. The Il Makiage product was very smooth, but didn’t even out the redness as much as I would have liked, so I went shopping for an alternative. I found this product through Amazon. The price was very reasonable and the reviews were good, so I thought I would give it a go. The primer is thicker than I expected, but it blended into my skin very smoothly. The first thing I noticed when blending it in was how much it evened out my skin tone and covered the redness. I was going to use it under my foundation, but after spreading it onto my face I realized that I didn’t even need to use foundation to cover my entire face! I used a little concealer just under my eyes and used the primer for the rest of my face. Set it with some powder and did the rest of my makeup as I normally would. Fantastic product! Highly recommend!

oh my gosh! This is my new favorite makeup product. I am truly amazed by this red toe neutralizing concealer/foundation. Not only does it do exactly what it advertises to and perfectly covers up any red areas you may have, it also feels like and goes on your skin like a nice moisturizing lotion. This is the first product I found where I can actually just wear this and skip any other foundation/concealer/powder and just use this on my face. So not only does it work really well, the texture is amazing and it moisturize your skin lightly, and best of all you can wear it without other makeup and still look amazing! I love it so much. I’ve already purchased a couple other items from Elizabeth Mott, who makes this red tone neutralizing concealer/foundation. A little bit also goes a very long way. So, I would recommend the value size because you will love it, but it is highly highly worth the purchase price. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to have a good way to cover redness or just looking for a good foundation/concealer. I can’t say enough good things about this product and it’s rare that I find something like that. If you’re looking at this product and considering giving it a try, do it! You will not be disappointed.

OMG!!! This stuff is frickin' spectacular!! I have horrible rosacia, ECZEMA, I tan regularly, hot flashes, bursted blood vessels You name it? Red face city here. I absolutely despise putting makeup on my face. I was about to order a MUCH more expensive product to try to help with the redness. I saw a review for this product and just went for it. Am I glad I did!! I wear it along with my moisturizer and nothing else. It is NOT HEAVY AT ALL!! I've been told I look so much younger too!! I was worried I'd have green face or even white face (as I have had this happen with other products) Nope. It is so nice!!! I would never have believed I could or would wear this on its own. I am so impressed with this product. I put it on with a makeup brush for even coverage. A little goes a long way.

I really love this product. Every other color correcting primer, BB, or CC cream I’ve tried either did nothing or turned orange on me, but this one actually works. Seriously the perfect amount of color correction to hit that no makeup look without me feeling so nakey and red. Some days I wear it on its own, and other days I use it under my serum foundation. My foundation looks awful without it, but together they look so good. It gives my skin a perfect dewy finish without feeling oily or dry. Honestly amazing.

Throughout my lifetime both as a consumer and a professional MUA, I have used many a face primer. From the very high end, to drug store and everything in between, I’ve experienced them all. The Elizabeth Mott primer in Illuminating is one of the best I have experienced. It’s not glittery, leaves just enough of a glow that it’s not overtly noticeable like a highlighter, smells fresh like skincare and not chemicals, and best of all actually works well. I personally have a combination skin type that can get oily but also dry and flaky; the Illuminating primer works very well in hydrating and evening the skin, leaving the face looking fresh and youthful and does not emphasize any dryness or fine lines. This is a very well rounded and versatile primer for many.

Keeps my makeup in place for a good 8 hours. I get a really oily T-zone so I use this in conjunction with powder and finishing spray as well then blot throughout the day. It works better than the Inisfree sebum control primer for me. I really like the texture on my skin its very soft and light and creates a nice base for makeup. I mainly use this for stage makeup, it seems to hold up well even under spotlight.

I'm trying a few primers at the moment as I seem to need them now to stop foundation from flaking. This is definitely a good one. It smooths easily into the skin and is a nice texture. I'm likely to buy it again.
