Life changer
Better than a massage for relieving tension in my neck, while also strengthening it and making it thicker/more aesthetic. I like using it with an elastic band best, but the weighted exercises are awesome too. Wish I'd bought it earlier.

Big Heads Beware
I do like the durability of this product and the way it fits around my head. My only issue is that I have a big head and jaw, the strap won’t fit the whole way under and go through the latch like it’s supposed to so I have to hook the bottom strap through the one loop above where the chain is latched, which causes it to be slightly cockeyed.Other than that it’s a strong a durable product!

Es práctico y económico; materiales seguros y resistentes. Recomiendo investigar el origen del material; lo digo para que tengan cuidado las personas de piel sensible o que puedan tener reacciones o alergias a ciertos materiales. Uno nunca sabe.

For Small heads and not very adjustable
My head is on the bigger side (apparently) and it wouldn’t fit . You can make a small adjustment but not much. It’s good quality but just doesn’t fit well

ONE SIDE RIPPED OFF SO IT'S NOT USABLE!
This thing came apart on one side. Had about 50 lbs on it. Of course the return window I'd closed. Only used it for about a month!
