Expensive but worth it.
I've been using last tissues for a good few months now - this box was just an addition. Its a big initial outlay but the hankies wash really well - I just throw them in whatever wash I'm doing. I only use them as hankies but they are still lovely and white and wash well. They are all organic cotton which has a much better environmental impact than non-organic cotton - the tissues in the boxes are from India not from China and are a nice quality, hemmed on all four sides, with Last Tissue stamped in the corner (which doesn't wash or iron off). I think that I will see a saving in the buying of disposable tissues over time but that's not why I use these - I use them as I want to reduce my footprint of disposable products. Despite the hefty initial outlay I'm a very happy customer.

A great alternative to tissues
I use a lot of tissues - the super soft ones with balm in so I expected the transition to handkerchiefs to be a little difficult especially as I have a very sensitive nose. This was not a problem however, the handkerchiefs are soft to use and I feel so much better not throwing away all of those tissues. It should also save me money in the long run. I also have the travel packs and I expected to like those more than this, but I find I actually really like this as I can start the day with a couple of handkerchief in my pocket.

Good alternative to binning tissues
I mainly use these for blowing my nose. I also get runny eyes sometimes so also use them for this, same as I used to use disposable tissues. It means that I am not doing anything that makes the tissues particularly dirty, just a light bit of makeup brushes off sometimes if I'm wearing it. When the tissues aren't overly dirty or wet this is ideal for just throwing in the washing basket for the next white wash. They wash well and dry quickly (we only ever air dry our washing). Then ready to go back in the box. They are quite soft and a reasonable size for me, although admittedly a bit smaller than standard disposable tissues. The box is a nice colour (the green one). It's a pleasant and soft shade which will work in all of our rooms at home, so doesn't look out of place if moving around with it.I wouldn't necessarily use these tissues for anything which is going to make them overly wet, such as wiping up spills, unless you intend to let them dry out before throwing in with your dirty clothes (but I wouldn't use tissues like that anyway). I know that's just common sense, as you wouldn't put wet items to sit for ages, since they'll go mouldy, but it's worth considering what you intend to use them for before you buy them.I haven't yet had the need to wash the container in the dishwasher because the tissues go in to the box clean, and obviously come out clean. Once dirty I put the tissues in the washing basket, so the box only really gathers a bit of dust and has a quick wipe down. The price has come down to £35 at the time of this review, which doesn't seem unreasonable considering how many times you should be able to reuse them. It seems like a nice easy way to cut down on single use products without a huge inconvenience to myself. I've swapped to bamboo pads for my makeup removal too, so they're easy to stick in the white wash without taking up hardly any extra space in a washing load that was already happening.

Soft And Strong Tissues
This red box contains 18 organic cotton tissues which can be used as makeup removers or just as ordinary tissues. The box is made from nice material and the 18 cotton tissues are nice and sizeable with the fabric being strong. I have used these wipes with cleanser and toner and also as ordinary tissues when I recently had a bad head cold. The tissues are very soft to the touch and remove makeup with no problems at all. I prefer using these cotton tissue now in preference to single use cotton wool pads and I can see that this is going to save me quite a lot on money in not purchasing cotton pads in the future anymore so I feel I am doing my little bit to help the environment. The tissues wash really well and dry quickly. They don’t shrink or lose their shape when laundered and once dry I like to give them an iron so that they fit neatly back into the dispenser box. These reusable tissues are a really great idea and as there are 18 contained in the box I always have plenty clean ones to use whilst the others are being laundered.

I am shook.
I am shook that these things cost soooo much....i mean...i know they are organic and made from cotton...but still....anyways...they arrived in a pretty little box...which when opened you can find the instructions on the inside...you can open it like a normal box but i chose to do it like that...the box in which the wipes are held is made out of soft silicone...but quite thick...and sturdy...turned upside down...it has some buttons which are very easy to open...and inside you will find a little tray also made from silicone on which the wipes rest...easy to take out and put back in. The wipes themselves are of a fine material...as they say cotton...but they are not very soft...in my opinion...a bit see through...thin...small....square shaped ...18 cm in size all round the edges. I've never seen or had anything like this...so i am baffled of how much they cost...maybe for me it's a big price...but for other people it's decent...have no idea...I'm not saying they are not worth it...keeping in mind that they are reusable...but still...Anyways.....overall....they are nice...good product...very qualitative....great idea with the silicone box...can't fault them...if you are looking for something like this to buy...hope i've helped you with making a decision...either good or bad...

Excellent reusable tissues with storage box
This is a really well designed reusable tissue box. The 'wipes' are well made and wash up really nicely. The box is quite compact and there's space to store the dirty ones, so this is ideal for keeping in my car. A bit pricey but it is a great idea.

a bit pricey but good for the planet
this set of reusable tissue and holder is very well designed and soft, for a good cause as well, of course a bit expensive but worth it

Well-made and Useful
I love the quality and color of the tissue box itself. I like the tissues too; I don’t think they’re too scratchy like some reviews say. I guess everyone has different preferences and sensitivity levels. I do think it would be really easy and cost less to make your own replacements with a fabric of your own preference like the soft muslin for burp cloths or something. I liked this so much that I came back and ordered a second one - wanted to make sure I liked it enough before dropping that much. I would recommend it.

Great tissue box!
I have 5 of these tissue boxes around my house. I blow my nose a lot and felt terrible about how many tissues I went through in a day.Like another reviewer, I feel the cloth tissues, while well made, aren’t soft nor absorbent, even after washing several times. They come out very wrinkly so I have to iron them to have them lay flat to fold back in great tissue box. So I bought a couple of yards of organic cotton jersey knit t-shirt material and cut 7.25” squares. The cotton knit doesn’t ravel so I didn’t have to finish the edges like the tissues that come with the box.Am buying these as gifts for my friends who can’t stand cutting down trees to blow our noses

Small "tissues"
I received the LastTissue Reusable Tissue Box - with 18 Organic Soft Cotton Wipes, Eco Friendly and Sustainable Tissue Holder and Facial Tissues for Nose, Can be used as Paper Towels for Household (Red) in exchange for this review. Overall, I am pleased with this product. It works like a standard box of tissues, only it holds basic absorbent cotton handkerchiefs instead. The box has a top part for clean ones, and a bottom compartment to shove the messy ones into until it is time to wash them. They are decently soft, and absorb nicely with even the messiest blows...but I wish they were larger since I can be rather productive in that department when I have allergies acting up. THe cloths wash up wonderfully, and I personally prefer to iron them and press them in half before loading them back into the box since that make the final layering up and loadin a bit easier,
