This cup is very handy. It's very compact and easily stores in my backpack while not taking up a lot of space. Great product idea!!!

Our cups absorbed some smell from a mint tea drink, and now I cannot get rid of it. Washed several times in the dishwasher, still there. So be careful about what you use the cups for. They may affect the taste of other drinks, possibly permanently. Otherwise, good functionality. As others have mentioned, you will need the protection sleeve for very hot beverages.

The product had a strong, unpleasant plastic odor right out of the box. Additionally, the cup is extremely difficult to collapse, which defeats the purpose of a collapsible design. When I attempted to return it, I was surprised to find there’s a $3.00 return fee. Unfortunately, Amazon was unable to help me with a full refund. Overall, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. I recommend reading the return policy carefully before purchasing.
