Review: Probably the best 18v drill on the market - There are honestly a lot of good drills out there, but what makes this one stand out is that it has a mechanical clutch. Most drills have electronic clutches that make the tool way too strong, so even on low torque settings you still end up stripping screws and potentially even breaking the thing youre screwing into. The mechanical clutch in this one means that for work involving fasteners, you have the delicate touch you need to not destroy anything. And yet in spite of that, its still among the most powerful drills (not THE most powerful 18v, but its up there) for when do need that. I have been abusing this thing constantly for two years now and it still operates just like that day i bought it. I have left it out in the sweltering florida sun multiple times, and even in the rain one time. While I dont advice you ever do that, my unit seems completely unphased by it.
