Super nice stand mixer!
This is exactly what I hoped it would be - a great stand mixer with all the attachments you need. It’s made of high quality materials, and doesn’t come with a whole slew of features I will NEVER use! For eg., a pasta roller and/or a meat grinder/sausage maker with a blender attachment for the top. I’m sure something like that is an excellent choice for ppl who bake or cook a lot, but I don’t fall into that category.I’m planning to use this to save myself a TON of time making homemade Italian Christmas cookies, as well as all the other cookies I make for Christmas - the dough hook could be everything for that, but I haven’t used it yet. I’ve tried out the other attachments multiple times for brownie mix, mashed potatoes, cakes, etc., and so far, I absolutely love it!It’s fairly easy to figure out how to use, but actual operation instructions are somehow NOT included in the user’s manual that comes in the box. There’s all sorts of info included in the manual, but the most important part - how to operate it, switch the attachments, etc. - is somehow not mentioned. My daughter figured out the attachments, and I winged the rest, and for everything I’ve used it for so far, it’s been great!I absolutely recommend this stand mixer, just be aware that you’re not going to have the greatest operation instructions. Hopefully the seller will improve upon that sometime soon!!!

Poor quality
Color was as promised but as soon as you pick up the mixer you can feel the lack of quality as it’s super light. As I was taking the box apart, one of the brand labels came off and the different heads it includes are pretty much plastic. Quality is not the best even for a regular household use.

This is Cheap and it Shows
I did notice that all of the positive reviews were from people who received the product for free, but figured since it was on sale for $45 - what did I have to lose?I returned it so I didn’t lose any money, but I did lose time so there’s that. Why’d I return it? First off, the bowl cover didn’t fit from the moment I received it. This means I had to keep one hand on it holding it down anytime something was mixing to ensure it didn’t go flying everywhere. Second, take note of the names of the parts in the photos vs what can and cannot go in the dishwasher. The things that were supposed to have been able to go in the dishwasher lost their color once put in the dishwasher. Third, forget about trying to find replacement parts (I tried to find a replacement flat beater). This is a no name brand so you will not find “Yoifo” anything, unless you want to buy the whole new machine again. I would absolutely not spend in excess of $100 on a cooking product where I can’t purchase replacement parts. (Especially when the originals are so sensitive that they bleed color from going in the dishwasher.)Pros: Lightweight, pretty, doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Multiple Speeds & Not Heavy Great Mixing
The media could not be loaded. The mixer has great suction on the base, multiple speeds and multiple attachments for different baking needs. The mixer is not heavy, making this perfect for young bakers or those with the inability of picking up heavy items. The unit has a splash guard, preventing wet ingredients from splashing on the walls. You can put items in the mixer, with the splash guard as it has an opening.Multiple speeds ranging from low to high. Locking lever mechanism, where you can’t lift up the unit without using the lever. The bowl has the ability to lock by sliding it around to the grove in the bowl.Easy to clean either manually or dishwasher (just the bowl and accessories). Great mixer for cakes, bread, dough or side dishes that require more than just manually mixing.

Not Dishwasher Safe
I had been wanting a nice mixer for a long time. All of the ones I see in cooking shows are astronomically priced, and the affordable one I purchased from a "big box" store didn't even mix ingredients that were on the sides of the mixing bowl! So, I thought I would try again as this listing looked promising. While I like the mixer a whole lot, I really should have read the listing more closely before getting into it.I have used the mixer about ten times now (all for making cornbread) and it has worked excellently. The heads are easily changed, and the bowl pops out with a simple twist. I do wish the mixing head tilted all of the way back to make bowl removal easier, but I can live with it. It even comes with a handy splash shield that you can put over the bowl during mixing that still allows you to add ingredients while in use.The mixer mixes well with various speeds, but I only ever need to use the first speed for my needs. The mixer spins (as expected), but it is also on an eccentric, so it rotates the reach of the mixing head and extends out far enough to reach the edges of the bowl! When done, the batter always comes out beautiful. Since I like the whisk head, though, there tends to be some dry batter stuck in the center of it, but it is easy enough to stir into the batter really quick when done. Now, for the part I should have read about, the cheaply-produced mix heads. When done this last use of the mixer I threw all of the heads and bowl into the dishwasher. [The listing specifically says the accessories can't be washed in the dishwasher (I didn't read this)] On removal from the dishwasher the chrome paint/coating had almost completely been removed or chipped off. I cannot safely use these to mix food again out of concern for future food contamination. The wire whisk came out with no problems, though, so I can keep using it. This is rather disappointing for this day and age. Using a countertop mixer it should be expected that the user is looking for easy and convenient ways to handle things - so, likely to wash dishes too. Who has time to hand-wash things? The savvy consumer is looking for quick and easy - and that means throwing it in the dishwasher and forgetting it. Unfortunately, now I HAVE to forget it.Also, something I thought was a huge bonus, is that the mixer has suction cup feet. This means no matter the mixing and jostling and movement you get while preparing items or changing out components, this mixer doesn't try to get away from you and slide all over the counter. This was a big "plus" in my book! It's also worth noting that the mixer is not extremely loud. You can expect some noise - it isn't silent - but it isn't terrible, especially for the job it does. While I am disappointed by the quality of some of the finish and materials when it comes to cleaning them against the manufacturer's recommendations (grin), I really like the mixer and will continue to use it and I hope it holds up against the test of time!
