Not good quality.

The item was received in Jan 2025 with the perspex cover cracked due to improper packing. When I opened the package after returning home, this was apparent and I was late in raising the complaint (in May 2024) In July 2025, this light has turned defective. Will the Maker / supplier please improve their quality.?
