This sugar is wonderful. I use it as a substitute for white or brown sugar. It melts well and mixes well. It doesn't taste like coconut in your baked goods. Great value for the money and it's definitely versatile. Highly recommend.

This is the only cane sugar substitute that I can use. It tastes the most like traditional sugar compared to every other substitute out there, but with a much healthier profile than cane sugar. I use it for cooking, baking, and in beverages wherever I'd like to reduce sugar content. For baking everything from cakes, muffins, or pies, etc, I use it at a 1:1 ratio in place of sugar and can't tell any difference in taste - so this earns an A+ in my kitchen for all of my baking needs. It's definitely a must-have for baking. A container lasts me a reasonable amount of time, and the price point makes it an economical alternative. It comes packaged and sealed sturdily, and I've never lost any product during shipping thanks to the durable plastic container. This is a staple in my kitchen and pantry.

This coconut sugar was filled to the top of the container, which I appreciated. It dissolves quickly and well, making it easy to use in recipes and drinks. The texture is a bit clumpy, but the clumps break apart easily without much effort. It smells great—natural and sweet—adding a lovely aroma when used in cooking or baking. Good buy coconut sugar. I learned about coconut sugar from tv show Christina Cooks who said coconut sugar does not cause an insulin trigger and has low glycemic index. I started using BetterBody Coconut Sugar in brownies I made for a friend, and don't use refined sugar. Coconut sugar does not have coconut taste. I will order again. I like it in a jar easy to find in my pantry.

I was struggling with my TSH levels and was recommended to go off sugar and gluten. the hardest part was spending all that money on the healthier alternatives. I never liked any other sugar aside for the real stuff. If you give me a beverage or food blinfolded Ill tell you what sugar is inside. I was scrolling through amazon and found this product, let me tell you this is a GAME CHANGER!!!!! I can now enjoy my iced cooffe and pastrys without that after taste and at a decent price (for alternatives sugar). I coulnt be happier, Thank you!

Wanted to try a "different" type of sugar. This stuff is great. Great taste, easy to use - I'd say a truer one-to-one substitute - especially if you have friends whom are Gluten sensitive & need/lower Glycemic sweets.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this. It’s a great replacement for regular brown sugar. It almost tastes exactly like it but it’s made with coconut. You smell both brown sugar and coconut when you open the jar. It bakes as well as the regular brown sugar (I think that’s better personally). I got it because I am type 2 diabetic and I was looking for substitutes that wouldn’t mess with my blood sugar levels. If you eat a lot it will, but if you eat a regular portion it won’t mess with your blood sugar levels too much. I can only find it right here on Amazon for the amount I get. I think it’s worth the money so I can start baking again for myself.

Tiene un sabor muy dulce, es perfecta como endulzante. En lo personal los sustitutos de azucar no me caen bien, me producen reflujo y me dejan un sabor de boca un poco amargo provocando que mi gusto no persiba realmente el sabor de los alimentos, pero el azucar de coco es perfecta para endulzar mis preparaciones.
