What is thr shelf life after opening ?** A: It is a concentrate and needs dilution with water to your taste (from our experience five to eight dilution by volume is good enough). Storage is normal kitchen conditions, no refrigeration and no limit on shelf life as I know (we have kept it for one year with no issues). Take as much as you need concentrate for dilution and remaining concentrate is stored for later use. **Q: Can this juice is used as drink with water if one do not want added sugar?????** A: It has added salt. Without sugar, it may taste sour. I usually add a tablespoon of it to buttermilk as a cure for acidity.
