Is this comfortable while sleeping in sideways?

This isn't a pillow for sleeping. Helps only with neck issues and shoulder pain issues. Pls don't use it as a pillow for very long time. Max use only 15 mins and there are YouTube videos showing how this pillow is to be used exactly.

Can it be used to reduce neck hump?
