I like the plain
I purchased this to wear in a play. I like the plain, somewhat retro look. It is much larger than I thought. I am a 16 and I bought the XL so it would be less form fitting but it is much bigger than a traditional size 18. I am 5'6" and it goes to mid-calf but considering my character in the play, it will be ok. I like the heavy fabric but I still needed to wear a slip under it. Sitting down does make it bunch up a bit in the button area and if it were not a little too big, it might be worse. Also one side of the collar won't lay flat. I like it as a costume but I am not sure I would really wear it at work if I were a nurse. I'd want something that fits a little nicer.

Love it
I bought this as part of my Lunch Lady Halloween costume so not for every day use for me. The material is what you would expect for work attire. Good thick quality fabric, not see through at all. It fit good, I would say true to size. I actually did wear it to work in a kitchen all day and it was not uncomfortable. I would buy this again.

Waitress uniform
I ordered this to be a waitress costume for Halloween. The sizing was spot on. I’m 5’4” 169lbs and I wear a medium in most everything. The medium fit me perfectly. Fabric was not flimsy at all and length was right below my knee so perfect for a women in here 50’s.

Great dress!
The dress was a size small and it was definitely large enough. I’m normally a medium and I’m between 5’8” and 5’9”. I used this dress for a Broadway showcase, singing “She used to be mine” from the Waitress musical! Perfect for the costume!!

Sizing lies and poorly made.
Literally a lab coat, measurements definitely don't match...what the chart says so be careful when you buy. I literally have to take this apart to stitch it to fit me better. Luckily it's for a costume.... but yeah terrible product.

Too big.
Fast shipping. Good quality. Excessively large. Had to get it taken in. Granted it was for a costume, but it fit like a potato sack and I had no time to return it. I got a medium and I'm 5'4", 147 lbs, and wear a size 10.
