I have pretty noticeable hip dips with bodycon clothing so I was looking for something to smooth out my hips and stomach and I think it really comes down to the cross-style compression because it worked wonders and I felt so comfortable and confident wearing my dress without feeling so disproportionate/self-conscious!(Ps yes I know hip dips are normal but it's my personal preference to not have them so noticeable. And I personally dont want to go down the hip padding route so this was a perfect solution)Also this washes really well! (In cold water, like fabrics, hang to dry)

This shapewear really does what is says. Tummy control is on point, it pulls in my tummy without having me feeling choked up. The fit is snug but not tight and unbearable; have to wiggle a bit to get it on but once it is up, it stays up! It also holds in and slims your thighs...for those of us who need that added help. I wore it all day and did not feel any discomfort. Also, it is invisible under your clothes. I have always liked a good shape wear piece and as I’ve been heading in thru my 30’s they have become a staple. But over the last 5 years or so it seems harder to find shapewear that does what it says it does… lol probably because I’m older now and body parts don’t fall in to place as easily as they did before! Regardless of why the point is it’s been a really long time since I’ve been fully satisfied by my shapewear’s performance. It doesn’t looks like the one in the picture per say…. It’s a little ugly if I’m to be honest… BUT it is comfortable, it stays up, it sucks in the tummy, accentuates curves, doesn’t flatten the booty mostly seamless and invisible. I would have given 4 stars but the seams at the thigh area are very thick, and is visible under fitted pants. And If you are a thicker girl like I am, consider a bra with a wide back to smooth the upper back area and around the upper rib cage because even tho this piece is “high waisted” it could be higher, and most thick women will definitely have a bump or muffin around the bra area. It’s not too bad tho. I’ve definitely dealt with worse. Bottom line is this is worth the price I payed and looks great under dresses or relaxed fitted pants. I just really wish the seams weren’t visible around the thighs :(

For reference:I’m 5’3, 147lbs, hourglass but not super curvyPros:- prevents thigh jiggle- smoothest tummy- helps with posture too a bit- stays in place; does not slide down or ride up- lifts butt; lifted my skirt to show my mom and she literally said “so THAT’S why your butt looks so good” 😳😂Cons:- a bit tight. I know it should be fitted but I’m new to this, is it supposed to be tight to the point where you have to take shallow breaths?! It’s pretty comfortable until I laugh, which takes more I guess. But that could be user error; I might have needed to size up- I specifically purchased this to smooth my bra bulge because it was the “longest” shaper short I could get in time; was looking for a HoneyLove SuperPower short dupe. This comes halfway up my bra bulge and stops, which pushes the fat up and makes it worse. So it’s definitely not as long as the HL and I might have to breakdown and buy that or a shaping cami for items where it’s 1000% needed but this has been great.I’ve worn it twice now. I can see the bra bulge with dresses on but my bff said she couldn’t see it til I pointed it out lol so if you don’t have a bra bulge or aren’t worried about it, or have a shaping cami or top, this is great.I give it a 9/10, would definitely recommend.

I may have gotten the wrong size but the thigh portion cuts into your skin and leaves an imprint. The material is itchy and doesn’t seem to hold in much. It does make your butt look perky but if your using it for tummy and thigh control the this isn’t the product for you. I had surgery and wanted something that would help keep my abdomen tight and help with my waist. I don’t feel this product does that. It also bunches up your skin at the top where it meets with your bra.

This type of shape wear definitely gets rid of tummy rolls and smooths out flab. It isn’t the most comfortable but if you want to shape down a size this does the trick. I don’t wear this for everyday things but for special occasions. If you’re looking for something to help make your mommy tummy look flatter in a dress or outfit this will work.

Buy it. This shapewear is a keeper! Just what I needed. I have lower pooch and it pulled her right on up. Smooth in the back. Did NOT flatten out my booty back. Loved that! Gave me a nice shape. I was not wearing a super tight dress so I cannot speak to getting a super “snatched” look. I’m not about that life. It came up to my bra with a few tug and jump up actions and most important- It stayed put. No rolling down. I will be purchasing another.
