Best Nutrition Shake I’ve tried - Açaí Coconut flavor
This is really good! Pricey, but seems worth it, because I actually want to drink it. It’s mixes well in my beast mixer with water and ice. I’ve also added coconut yogurt, and that works well for me. I’m a coconut lover and I really like this flavor. I’d buy it again; and I want to try vanilla now too.

AMAZING!!!!!! So yummy!
So let me start off by saying I have not been able to find a protein powder that I enjoy and does not taste like ick! My coworker told me about this one and so I decided to give it a try. I initially ordered vanilla and was a bit disappointed because it had that protein taste that I can’t stand. I added a banana and it was just ok but still not enjoyable. I told my coworker that it was not great and she told me to try the coconut. Before I wasted money I tasted hers and OMG, ALAS!! I mix coconut water, 2 scoops of coconut protein powder, frozen strawberries, pineapples, mango, and peaches ( comes in one bag) and it tastes just like a pina colada smoothie….literally no protein taste, THE BEST!! I will be ordering a couple more bags just I in case they do away with this flavor!!!

Worth the money?
Everyone says how "GREAT" this protein shake is. It is good, but not sure it is worth the cost. Was hoping to get a lot of energy and feel better physically from this, but haven't felt any difference yet. May just need to give it more time.

Good Broad Spectrum Nutrition
I have long understood the importance of good health & the role food plays . While young & working it is easier to get the full spectrum of important nutrients thru multiple daily meals but age or injury can limit activity then nutrition becomes more challenging . I have found the Ka'Chava to help in restoring some of that nutrition . It is a bit more pricy than other products but the wide spectrum of nutrients makes it worth it for me . Thank You Ka'Chava ! ! !

I still weigh the same and have less money.
After a couple of years using Ka'Chava I've made some conclusions. First the good.. I prefer the vegan Acai/Coconut recipe. It is delicious and I believe it is very nutritious! This is great meal replacement, occasionally for my breakfast. I love that it substitutes taking a multi-vitamin. This is one rare, vegan meal replacement that has a good helping of fiber too. I've had trouble finding that in this market. I enjoy drinking it with my morning supplements and medications. I can usually make it till lunch without much hunger, but it's borderline with '2 heaping scoops full' (directions on the bag). Now the not so good... I do not believe any claims that this helps you lose weight. At first, I had a rotation of Chocolate, Vanilla, Acai/Coconut, a different one each day for breakfast. It did not help me lose weight. That being said, it's got to be better than bacon, eggs, and buttered toast, right? I think getting rid of unhealthy foods is great but my experience is I have to decrease my entire daily calorie intake. And unfortunately, I'm not good at it (yet, it's a work in progress). So, I switched to just the Ka'Chava Acai/Coconut and 2 other brands. I'm picky, I do not like artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives, I want fiber, and prefer vegan protein. (Good luck, huh) Why did I take the Ka'Chava Chocolate and Vanilla out of my rotation? A couple of reasons, those flavors are not vegan and I can't make sense out of supporting the whole 'subscription' marketing model. This product was costing me a ton each month! I watched the price of this product sky-rocket since I began my journey. And the manufacturer wants my subscription. Apparently, I am forced to pay more if I don't want to subscribe. I don't know but it seems to me the product price may be inflated to offer a lower price for the subscription. That's just my 2 cents for what it's worth. I don't have any proof of that. As I get older, I start to get weary of 'subscriptions' and 'reward programs'. People smarter than me are figuring out ways to get me hooked and keep buying. Well, I am not biting the bait anymore. In conclusion, 'everything in moderation'. Try out the Coconut/Acai, I highly recommend it for taste and health, but don't get sucked into the marketing and unproven claims that this product will help you lose weight.
