Why is there a California Proposition 65 warning on this item?

Is this in triglyceride form?

How are you able to offer these for half the cost that Wiley sells them for on their company website?

Authorized sellers are allowed to sell at 20% off suggested retail. Which as of today is $47.99. Anyone selling for less than that, is either violating their signed wholesale purchasing agreement with Wileys or not an authorized seller.
