Suggest getting bottle with closed lid add water first then powder. Shake thoroughly. I drink it mixed with spirulina and to me feel like I am getting alot of the nutrients missing from food such as Chlorophyll, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory effects. Definitely feel great after taking. I suggest drinking while you take your vitamins & minerals. Wash bottle right after finishing as powder can be hard to clean if you let it sit for hours. Also, drink with cold filtered water.

The first order was nice. Fresh and green and tasted like fresh grass. The second order is bitter, brownish and gross

I have tried several different wheat grass powders, and this one is probably the best for dissolving into water with no grainy taste or residue left over. The only downfall in my opinion is something that others found positive in the product.It is double bagged, and the inside bag is vacuum sealed. The wheatgrass powder is very fine and when you open up that secondary bag, it is a bit of a mess. I did not even attempt to put it in the first bag, I just used a whole different container and try not to inhale any of the powder that was flying around! while this may be a good protective seal for the product, it is not the best for use. Otherwise, this is a great bargain for a large amount of wheatgrass powder, and it has a good taste.

I'm not really a huge fan of this product, for a few reasons: 1) the flavor is really nasty, and difficult to stomach, even when mixed with water (you'd be better off blending it with a smoothie, as that would definitely mask the flavor); although the flavor is not super potent, it is definitely unpleasant and taste like raw grass or something, 2) I didn't really notice any effect, but I didn't really use it long-term, so it's not fair for me to say exactly, but I'll give it a long-term use and try to update my review later, 3) it's a bit hard to mix in cold water, and due to its chalkiness, pretty hard to swallow. Now, there are a few things that I do like about this product: 1) it definitely seems high quality, as it doesn't have a cheap or artificial "feel" or taste, 2) it is USDA organic, meaning it is definitely safe to use, 3) it is relatively a good price, compared to the other brands, which were priced a bit higher. With that being said, I'm unsure if I would recommend at this point. I'd like to use it more and see how it makes me feel. If I feel any different, I'll be sure to update my review accordingly.

This powder seems to be good quality. It is a good, healthy addition to my smoothies.
