The 8mm earrings themselves and the quality of the white gold hold up well. My 16yr old daughter has very sensitive ears and most cubic z earrings will tarnish and infect her ears. These have held up well and maintained their bright white gold finish.Unfortunately, I believe one of the backs might have been looser than the other and she lost one earring this last weekend :-( This emphasizes the importance of checking earrings frequently and not wearing of back is loose, lol! It’s better to be out $50 than $5k - so this is a learning experience!I also purchased these for my wife and she has had no problems with back tightness. These been great for her and she loves the look when dressing up or down.It would be great to be able to purchase a single 8mm replacement earring did my daughter. I don’t see any options for that on Amazon though.

I have an allergy to anything but 14 or 18k gold. I'm very limited what I can wear. I've had these in for months and haven't taken them out, they are great. Don't bother me at all so they are definitely 14k gold plated! And they look great too!

I have sensitive ears and can wear only 10 or 14 carrot gold. These wear nicely

I’m more than happy with these earrings. I was a bit reluctant to buy them given the mixed reviews. My experience has been good. I don’t find the posts too small. Just right for me. The white gold is a good quality. The stones are bright enough however they could be brighter. They really are 14k. Additionally you can’t beat the price. I recommend them.
