My dog is my baby, and I’m really careful about what I feed her. She’s an avid chewer, and I don’t like to give her bully sticks all the time, so a friend recommended these sweet potato chews. I liked the idea of giving my dog something clean with no added ingredients and packed with vitamins and fiber… and my dog loves the taste. She used to beg for greenies as a late night snack and now she prefers these instead. They are clearly high quality, dried sweet potatoes with no preservatives, bright orange and fresh smelling. And the bag is huge! Definitely a great value! Will absolutely buy more when we eventually run out in a couple months.

Caledon Farms Value Pack Sweet Potato Chews 28oz/795GOur dog loves sweet potato treats. We had previously tried the Caledon Farms brand in a smaller size and I was glad to find this larger package. The treats are dehydrated and most of the pieces are fairly thick which I appreciate because it takes him awhile to finish one piece. Some of the pieces are very large and I had to use heavy duty kitchen shears to cut them smaller. Our pup has no trouble chewing them or digesting them, he just can’t inhale them as he does his other treats. This yields a more satisfying experience for him and ends up being less costly than lots of little treats. The fact that these are a single ingredient product and a quality vegetable that makes it a healthy snack is a win-win for all of us. The funny thing is that he will readily grab one if I hand it to him and eat it immediately. However, if he is being crated, he will eat his other treats immediately, but saves the sweet potato for when we let him out and then he really savors it! The only aspect that could be a downside for some people is that the treat sometimes leave an orange spot on the floor where he eats it. We will always have these available in our home.

My dog loves these, but I have to be careful how often I give them to him. They're dried sweet potatoes, so they can upset the gut if given too frequently. Otherwise, good quality, VERY chewy, and he loves them.

My dogs love these dehydrated sweet potatoes. They have a great color as they should because they are fresh. The texture is also right. They are chewy and easily eaten without a mess. I have purchased other brands that have left an orange stain. That should not happen. These do not do that. Mom and Dog approved!

Both of my dogs love these sweet potato chews! My adult dog enjoys them quickly, while they’re a lifesaver for my teething 4-month-old puppy. They’re gentle on puppy teeth and easy to digest. The only improvement would be if more of the chews came as whole slices; most of the last few bags we’ve ordered have had a lot of broken pieces. It’s not a big issue since we can just give multiple pieces, but more whole slices would be nice. Overall, these chews are a fantastic value!

My dog gets so excited when I go to get these, he can barely contain himself. He is a Maltese poodle if that matters. So far I've ordered a few of these large bags as well as some of the beef liver bags and not had any issues.

Now there are more slices cut lengthwise, and less chunks cut from either ends of the spud. Looks like the packs I got before had quite a few of those just to make-up to attain the weight marked on the pouch. Otherwise a very good product for my dog.

Sweet potato - I have always said I won't feed my dog anything I wouldn't eat myself - wellthat's a lie because I don't really eat dog food or treats - but I weigh every product he gets because I want him around as long as I am around. These treats are really good.....friends sometimes comment that their dog loves the liver flavour! Overall - dogs like them and although I still supervise his eating of them - I think they are great. One point to make before closing - the bags have a re-seal strip on them - but i find it fails just holding it between your fingers....I put the bag on the counter - run my nail against it to guarantee a seal - because left open the product will dry out.

My dog loves these. No additives or preservatives. Great source of Fibre.
