The tap did not come with the accessories as described, and the company is not Airuida. This appears to be a scam.

No problems with this faucet install. Great product easy to install. The drain stopper setup is made of plastic but I went ahead and used it even though I prefer metal but it’s a pretty easy install for those of us who don’t do this kind of thing I found it simple. The directions could be better.

Very nice faucets. Well made. Heavy material. The handle functions smoothly in all directions. Height is great for my large vessel sinks. They look fabulous in the newly renovated bathroom. My only grip is no matter how much I wipe them down the still look a little dusty. Otherwise I love them.
