It was simple to install and took less than 15 minutes to set it up. I haven't had any problems with handles slipping down but have made sure to be careful when putting the brooms in the slots. The hooks are really nice to have available and the fact that you can pop them up when not in use is handy.There were a couple of small issues. The first was that the instructions for installation aren't at all detailed. The instructions are mostly pictures and some of them aren't as clear as they could be (I have added pictures of them for the review.) That being said the install is not difficult to figure out. The second issue that I had was simply that it was a little hard to find something that worked to mark on the wall where to start the first holes because of the depth of the holder.
