No. In my package no labels to identify insects.

Are the specimens ethically sourced?

What I can say, is I don't know all of the species that are in the resin. Most of them are common. And probably would not hurt the environment by being contained. I didn't receive any rare or extinct species.

Exactly what I wanted

Bugs all look great. Perfect for multiple gifts. A couple small bubbles but they're not really noticeable unless you look super close. Pretty good price too

I love them!

I collect taxidermy anything. This was my first resin taxidermy purchase and I’m in love. The colors on the beetles are absolutely beautiful, the spider is so freaking cute. The butterflies are also in my option very pretty and well done! They are small but cute!

Durable and Kid-Friendly

My class (ages 3 and 4) LOVES these! They seem to be pretty durable as they’ve been dropped and thrown on the hard floor multiple times without so much as a chip off them of them. The bugs are pretty big, so it’s easy for the kids to examine them. I wish that they were a little less expensive, but this is definitely the best deal you’re going to find.

Great Value

Most of the specimens are preserved well! The only issue I have is with the butterflies. Their wings are folded at the top of the cube due to the small resin mold that is used. But besides that, the rest of the specimens are great!
