Review: Wonderful for children! - I have 4 or 5 yoga kids books. They don't all incorporate the poses very well in the stories. This does not havr a stort but I believe it works so well because the poses are the animals. The book is thick and has good illustrations for the poses. This is my sons favorite. He is almost 3. He didn't do all the poses at first. He would just watch me and have me help him do some. After a couple months, he can do them all (except the caterpillar plank he has his belly down still). He randomly does poses without the book. "Yoga bee, Mom. Huummm." As he does the pose. It is so cute and I am so happy to introduce yoga into his life. Review: love this book! - My 2yr old daughter loves this book more than me, and i am obsessed with it. She always says "yoga " and finds these moves approachable (not to easy, however easy enough to motivate her to try/improve) and likes to do it all the time! I get to continue my practice with my baby and its thanks to geniuses that made books like this for toddlers ! =)im getting more !

Such an adorable book! I highly recommend it for a fun way to do simple yoga with your little one and make it fun. My two year old loves doing stretches with me, so this book is perfect for introducing her (and myself) to yoga. I like how it's less than a story, but more of a way to let her use her imagination while learning yoga poses.

Great little book
My 3 year old loves to follow along and perform the poses. The illustrations are charming. It’s great fun for her and a great way to introduce young ones to yoga.

Yoga bug book- great for preschoolers!
I purchased this book for one of the gifts to be given to my great niece for her 4th birthday. I'm a yoga teacher and when I visit we do yoga poses together and have fun! The book is sturdy (she has 2 younger brothers) and the poses very cute and easy to imitate. She enjoys the book!

AMAZING!
This book is AMAZING! I’m a nanny to a very smart 2 year old (March 2022) and she LOVES this book. She will pull it out of my bag attempt all the poses. “Liz! My behind is up!” She is always so proud of herself for each pose. She does pretty well considering I just introduced the book 2 weeks ago! I’m planning on buying the rest of these yoga books.

Love It!
Gifted this to my 2 year old niece. With help, she enjoys doing the poses in the book. I think as she gets a little older she will continue to like it and be more independent doing them. The board book feature is great for her.

Buy these!
These books are adorable. We got two for our toddler and one for her cousin. It’s a great way for me to sneak in some back stretches and bond with my little. I love that I’m teaching a positive body image early on.

Perfect for Toddler-sized Yogis!
A brilliant introduction to yoga for the little ones in your life! I love Sarah Jane Hinder's friendly illustrations and my toddler enjoys turning to her favourite pages to act out the poses. The colours are just perfect to keep younger children interested and the hardbook format means that they can turn the pages themselves. I have also enjoyed Good Morning Yoga and Good Night Yoga, illustrated by the same author. I hope that the range increases as we are definitely fans in our house!
