The different types of resistance is great, helps build up strengthening. I even have my kids use them to help with their sports training. Strong material. Not afraid of the band's snapping. I love these - use them every day, carry them in my purse and work out all over the place. I can't give them five stars as the first one out of the bag tore within the first twenty minutes of use. Otherwise - the work great. In fact, my triceps are sore as I type this..

Tried to use these for Beach Body on Demand 80 Day Obsession. They did nothing but roll on me. Got the real ones from BB and nowhere near the trouble. These were just too flimsy. Giving them 2 stars because they have lots of resistance options and a bag to keep them organize. I will use the bag for my other ones. :)

works well. They are a little larger than the ones used at the rehab for hip replacement but are good enough. Very sturdy and strong. Haven't used them for other exercises yet. Like that if I do and have to travel they are easy to take with me.

I was very impressed with the quality of the bands. They are nice and wide so they are very comfortable to use. The paper with the recommended exercises helps with different ways to use them. You can start with a light band and work your way up to the extra heavy.

LOVE these bands! I use them at home when I don't have time for the gym. And I keep them in my bag that I take to the gym if I need to use them there. The little bag is a nice way to keep them together. Can't beat the price.

I like that they're pretty sturdy and wider than I usually see.I do feel a burn with the more resistant bands on my outter thighs.Now if only I can keep my new years resolution. I'm sure these will work...

I was a bit skeptical of these bands at first. I really thought they would snap after a few uses. I’m a week in and use most of the bands multiple times a day with no issues. Great value and durable.
