I absolutely love it! It's stunning, perfect for what I wanted. It arrived broken, but this was not a very big inconvenience as the owner worked very quickly and shipped a free replacement, incredibly fast. Another negative, is the fact that it's slate so it's pretty loud, but I nor the rest of my family care too much about.All in all, this is a very good purchase, definitely worth it.Careful with the packaging there are nails!!!

This dining set looked good online so ordered it. Got notice it was coming sooner so I was excited. However, there were only these 2 small boxes. I'm still missing 4 chairs and a dining table. How can you say it was delivered???? (Photo 1)Since my original review, there have been some developments.1. The customer service representative reached out to clarify that the missing chairs and dining table were in fact on the way and provided tracking information. I think if they could ship everything together, it would eliminate this problem.2. The shipping company left these heavy boxes in front of the garage instead of the front door like most delivery persons have done in the past. So you can imagine the pain of getting it in the house. Luckily my young son was strong enough so we barely managed with my sister. Chairs were taken in pieces and not heavy, but the table very heavy.3. I don't know if the boxes were damaged by the company when it was sent out or was damaged en route by the delivery service, but the boxes were broken open. As such, we had to move them in pieces.4. The predrilled holes on some of the chairs were either too big (probably used wrong size) or not quite lined up. We had to make adjustments etc. to get it to work. After all trying to get everything together to return would be another major headache. The table was extremely heavy for us.5. With that said once we managed to put it together it was really nice. It was just like the images on Amazon. It was what I was hoping for. So in the end I'm left with a product that I like so I changed the review to 4 stars. It would have been 5 stars except for the troubles I encountered above. Hopefully, the other buyers will have a smoother experience.

My wife and I decided to paint our kitchen cabinets from red cherry wood color to white. We also painted the kitchen walls, ceiling then replaced all appliances. She then wanted to get rid of 20 years old kitchen table and get a new one that matches our new kitchen decor and she picked this table, which was basically the same size as our old table but so much better.I could not believe how heavy the box was and it was because of the slate top and metal base and legs. Everything about this table is just rock solid. It was impeccably packed with fitted foams covering every parts of the table and its accessories. You definitely need 2 people or even maybe 3 people to move and unpack the box due to the sheer heavy weight of the slate table top. Assembly was easy though as you just need to attach 4 metal legs using the bolts provided. Once the legs were attached, I had to get my wife and son to help me lift and flip it over. Very heavy and sturdy indeed.We love the design of lines on the table top and adjustable leg heights so that it's perfectly even with the floor without being wobbly. Our old kitchen table used to have a glass top so we couldn't put anything hot on it without using a coaster but this slate top is great for anything including hot plates and pots. It's very easy to clean and looks amazing with our newly painted white cabinets. Highly recommend it!

I bought this table set for my small dining area between the kitchen and living room where those are all connected.- the table is very nice, sturdy, and looks luxurious. One thing that could be better is the frame right under the stone board which is very heavy. Because it's heavy, the frame or the legs attached to the table could get damaged if the table is tilted when moving or set up.- the chairs are excellent. they look gorgeous and are very comfortable.- the customer service is quick and accurate. they exactly what is the problem and respond right away.- the price is very reasonable I think compared to other table sets. You will know when you actually receive the items.

Unfortunately, when we received the table and chairs the table was partially broken on the corner. So, we followed up immediately with the seller and they worked quickly to try and resolve the issue. I will say, even though it was broken, the quality is nice. The table top is solid (heavy) stone, and the chairs are awesome and were in fantastic shape - very sharp for the price.We ended purchasing a different table because we needed something quickly as we were hosting guests in just a few days. But, the seller was happy to refund our $ - plus we didn't have to go through the hassle of trying to return the current table and chairs. They said keep it :-). My daughter plans to use the chairs as additional seating for her guests.So, this one gets 5 stars because of the follow-up service we received, and because you could tell the product is nice. Oh, one more important point, is that we received the item in advance of the noted delivery date.

The chairs were very easy to assemble but the fit of the fabric to the frame of the chair was not so great. The fabric on the left area of the sit area had a wrinkle on 3 of the chairs. In addition, I had to tap the screwholes on 2 of the 4 legs to make the screws fasten correctly; the screw won't go all the way in to properly fasten the legs to the very heavy top. I wanted to return this whole set but I have to pay for the shipping and it's just way too heavy to repack. I picked this thinking it was very easy to assemble but the quality of the pieces made it very difficult to work with. I don't recommend this to anyone due to the bad quality and bad return policy. Too bad because I really loved the style and I would have been okay with a replacement but it's to cumbersome to repack it for a return.
