I only docked a star because I saw a description stating that it was microwave safe, but that is not the case. Why would you make a mug that can't be used in a microwave?Overall, I had a great experience with this seller and would recommend them, and the mug is great.

I love this mug! It is so cute. I ordered it and it shipped quickly. However it was shipped in a padded envelope! It was bubblewrapped but an envelope REALLY?? It didn't stand a chance. It was cracked and broken. I had to report it being damaged, then drive over to the UPS store to return it. Of course it was broken and in shards so I to spend time taping it all up so no one would get hurt while handling it. I reported the problem and asked for it to be shipped in a box next time. Wow, I gotta say the shipping was so fast, but seriously no one read my request because the EXACT same scenario happened! I don't have anymore tape now to tape this one up so I will be using my own box to send the shards back. IT IS A CERAMIC MUG...they break when tossed up on a porch! I really wish this had turned out better.
