3/14 Update. I was able to contact the seller. Once notified of the failure, they immediately sent a new unit to me. It arrived today and I'm very happy. The unit is working extremely well. Based on their response, I've updated my review and would recommend this product. I use it for my appliance and it makes it makes daily cleaning and sanitization very easy. I do not recommend this product. I purchased in March 2023. The product worked well for 6 months. This past fall, intermittently the unit would not start when pressing the button. In Feb, the unit died completely. The description claims a “worry-free 12 month” warranty. But there is no customer service phone number or other information provided to back up this claim. My advice, save your money, don’t make the same mistake I did. Do some research and buy a better, higher quality ultrasonic cleaner.

use this for a dental guard cleanser every day. Good news is it works truly great for that purpose. Hands down better than UV machine or tablets. However, it says dump the water every day. I did that but about 6 weeks ago the lid hinge broke. to be fair, it still works, but the lid is barely staying on and I'm wondering when it will fully separate. for 50+$ the hinge shouldn't be that flimsy. I can't say I would buy one every 6 months even though I love it! Update: the vendor read my review and contacted me to make it right. Kudos to them for paying attention and unsolicited outreach! Warning: I used this product for my retainer and it worked fine for about six months. Then it malfunctioned—the water became extremely hot (could have burned me) and ended up warping/melting my retainer to the point it was unusable. I now have to spend $750 to replace it. If you’re considering this, be aware of the potential risk.

I like that this device is compact and easy to set up and use. The instruction manual was to the point and really clear. The night it arrived I popped in my retainers which were in desperate need of an ultrasonic cleaning. I ran the retainers through the device three times the first night, adding a drop of dish soap each time. The device helped remove some of the yellowing on the retainers and removed a dramatic amount of plaque buildup, especially on the first go-round. Today I continued using the device and ran my retainers through it one more time, which dislodged more of the plaque buildup. I also soaked my retainers in a separate glass in efferdent before rinsing them and using the device again. The retainers are not yet plaque-free, but I will continue using the device, using efferdent, and using my toothbrush (has never had toothpaste on it) to clean the trays. Next I cleaned some jewelry, carefully following the instructions for the type of jewelry allowed in the device. It did a great job on the jewelry. Everything sparkled. The one thing I don't care for on this device is the lid hinge. It is not sturdy, and I know I'll need to take care not to hit it on anything while the lid is open because it will break.

I have used this item only 4-5 times and it just stopped working. I can turn it on but it won’t run for longer than a few seconds. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, I’ve held the button down, and nothing works. Wishing I had bought the more expensive unit as it may have worked better than this one. UPDATE!! - After my above review, the company reached out to me and offered a refund or to replace my cleaner. I thought this is very good customer service! As promised they immediately sent out the new unit and I received it quickly. I haven't used it yet but I'm hoping my first one was just a "lemon" and the new one will continue to run correctly. Thank you to the company for your quick response!!

I used this to clean a retainer and a night guard every single day for over a year and a half. It was great until it suddenly fell apart at the hinge that holds the lid to the rest of the container. Because the lid contains the UV lights that do the cleaning, the hinge contains a bunch of electrical wiring. It's currently hanging on by a thread while I await a replacement (a different one that doesn't have any wiring in its hinge). Other than its eventual demise, it cleaned my retainer and night guard really well (especially when I added a retainer cleaner tablet to the water); my dentist always complimented how clean both appliances were every time I took them with me to routine dental cleanings.

I bought the Voraiya Ultrasonic UV Cleaner for my dental retainer, and it works great! It cleans my retainer in just a few minutes — no more scrubbing by hand. I also use it for my night guard and toothbrush heads. Everything comes out looking and smelling fresh. My mother-in-law uses it for her dentures, and she loves how clean they feel. We even tried cleaning a small necklace, and it looked shiny like new! The UV light is a nice bonus, and the machine is quiet and easy to use. Great for anyone who wears dental appliances.

I absolutely loved this mouthguard cleaner. When I ordered it, I'd just found out I had thrush and that apparently just brushing your mouthguard isn't actually cleansing the bacteria enough, and this was such an easy and convenient solution. Small footprint in the bathroom, all around great. However, after 1.5 years, it's completely dead. The light just flickers on the power button now when plugged in, and pressing it doesn't start the UV cycle - nothing happens. Really disappointed.

The device works very well, I use it for my Invisalign retainers. But: - it was very poorly packed (a wonder id did nit fell out all together) - it comes with a US power cord!!! No european plug!!! So I had to buy an additional plug adapter 🙁

I was really impressed with this product. Really cleanse dentures well in just a few minutes. I had problems with infections with my dentures . I have had no mouth infections.

This little miracle machine took my old, grungy retainer and turned it back to almost new! After the first time running it, I saw a big difference! It took a little while of me running it at least twice a day, but like I said, it is back to beautiful! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
