No sé por que lo califican mal, se disuelve muy bien y es bueno, debes usar más agua que lo descrito.

Just like the headline, this is a decent product. The “hydration” is severely under-dosed but that’s pretty much standard for these products lol. Tastes great tho, I’ve tried both flavors and they’re both tasty in some cold water.

I ordered this to use on during long (3+ hour) rides. First of all, it's a good value for the price at $25 for 50 servings. It contains only a few ingredients and provides electrolytes and simple carbs in the form of dextrose and complex carbs in the form of maltodextrin. I feel, however, that it is a step below something like Hammer brand's Perpetuem blend. Perpetuem is more expensive, but per servings it contains more calories, electrolytes, and a tiny bit of protein and fat (and contains very little sugar). Since this mix only contains 40 calories per serving, it's not super useful on very long rides--I tend to use 2-3 servings of this stuff at least. Instead, I've started using it for shorter, early morning (fasted) rides for when I don't need as many calories to get through a ride. For this purpose, it is excellent. It's also ideal for gym workouts. In terms of flavor, it's quite sweet but not unpleasant, and the tropical punch flavor is pretty good! Overall, this endurance drink mix is a good deal and tastes great, but in my opinion it is better suited for shorter endurance activities (lasting less than 3 hours).
