I was looking for a suitable B12 supplement, and after doing some research, I chose this product because it contains three bioactive forms of B12 and is sublingual - meaning you place the small tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve, allowing it to enter the bloodstream directly rather than being broken down in the digestive system. Each bottle contains a six-month supply, which is great value and saves the hassle of frequent re-ordering. The tablets have a pleasant strawberry flavour, are sugar-free and dissolve completely within 5 to 10 minutes. I usually just pop one under my tongue as I leave the house in the morning, so simple and convenient. Purchased July 2025 for £13.59
