So I am a petrified flyer and have to take long flight frequently . I pass out at every take off no matter what I try to combat it. I purchased these for that. Yes, my bladder is out when I am. Like during a seizure my bladder just lets loose when I go unconscious I do prepare before had but have also lost consciousness during turbulence so it’s just a smart thing to do. These absorbe like crazy. I wear a move snug pair of Lycra pants so no leaks and have yet to have an issue. Life savers!

I have been purchasing these for a friend for about 6 month now. . She said they are better than anything else she has tried (of which there have been many). She has not experienced the quality issues others have mentioned. She also combines with the booster pads. Much much better.

Because works better for me than Depends they have more protection than Depends. My only complaint is they still leak if you sleep on your side, they are somewhat expensive. To me they are comfortable and I do not notice a smell. I would buy again.

These are wonderful! With all the other brands we tried, my husband always had nighttime leaks, usually from the leg area. Sometimes the leaks were huge, other times just enough to soak a small area of his pajamas, making a lot more laundry! These are secure and snug around the legs. My husband is slim with a 36” waist and wears a S/M size. These are very absorbent and comfortable. He has used them for several months and not one leak!

Truly extra absorbent! There are comfortable 'guard rails' to ensure against leakage. Once wore them a bit too long, and surprisingly there was no skin irritation. A clothlike softness. Initially bought the smallest amount, liked them, and ordered a larger amount. Will definitely be buying more in the future. Everything I read in the company's description of theiir product is true.

My husband is 42 waist and 215. He has a "Santa " belly with no butt. So the sizing says he should be size Large. I bought large and xtra large. I bought premium and overnight. The premium holds almost 4 cups of liquid. The overnight hold almost 6 cups, but thematerial that holds it leaks out if you happen to roll over, your material allows the liquid to be squeezed out. The large fits, but the extra large is much more comfortable. When he gets up in the morning he is soaked and it's coming out the top at the waist. Wjen he sits up the liquid is squeezed out from sitting on the padding. You need more padding in the front on all your mens pull ups. The o ernights need more of the "blue" matrrial or a material that is quilted like most bedpads are made of.

These are really good Pull-Ups. They fit perfectly! But I do need to make sure I get up on time in the morning or I'm going to have leaks. Since I only wear them at night time before bed. This particular package tends to have a smell to them after you use them I mean you can smell it in the room and it's not me. I'm not sure why it's happened, but I never had it before with the other packages I've bought from BECAUSE they were not like that. But they were a very good product and work well.

The underwear fits snugly around legs and lasts through the night. Best adult absorbent underwear around.

Since I received the last order in December 2025, the quality of these have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. They no longer absorb fluids, it sits on top of the pads and ends up having the urine running down your leg! I have had to reinforce these with absorbent liners and they are the only thing that seems to actually hold any liquid! DO NOT BUY THESE! Unless they go back to the previous format I will never buy this product again!!
