I suffer from a neuromuscular disease that has been treated with Keppra. The cramping muscles have seen the pain reduced to bearable. My doctor told me to try this product in addition to my prescribed medication, and I am now having entire nights without the crippling charlie horse cramps. It's expensive, but worth it.

I started using CoQ10 in capsule form because it became clear through the fatigue and other symptoms I was having that my body was suffering from oxidative stress. I tried the ubiquinone form and really didn't notice much of an improvement, but I kept taking it until one day they had this product on sale at Costco and I decided to give it a try.First of all, it's nice to just take it in liquid form and not wait until a pill dissolves; second the taste is palatable. I'd say it's somewhere between Sunny Delight Orange Punch and pineapple lemonade. Some may not like the flavor, but to me it tastes way better than most of the supplements I take. I noticed by the second month that I felt less tired and irritable, but I wanted to wait several months to make certain there was a discernible improvement and not just some psychosomatic effect. Bottom line, this stuff works.I will also say that in addition to ingesting it, I use this product as part of my beauty regime for my skin. I don't see why I should bother with creams and lotions that say they have CoQ10 in them, when I can simply dab a cotton ball in the real thing and put it right on without adding more chemicals. It leaves my skin soft and supple with a noticeable "tightening." It actually smells and feels better on the skin than most cosmetics I've tried recently.

I’ve had a low resting heart rate and low blood pressure for many years. I faint often. I started this CoQ10 because my son was prescribed it for his cyclical vomiting and ‘abdominal migraines’. I really only took some to show him it wasn’t nasty! Well lo and behold, I’m all of a sudden NOT FAINTING as often! My heart rate is more ‘stable’ and at a good number according to my fitness tracker. I have only had one pre-syncope episode since starting this supplement. I hope and pray I’m never without it again. Will most definitely purchase again and again and again.

Seems to work well, not sure what I would be noticing. I suppose if I am around in ten years to add to or edit this "review" then I can attribute the extra years partly to this product. Taste is good so willing to use every day, assume liquid absorbs better than powders/pills. Maybe now the robo-requests for a review will stop.

Paid $60 but only received one bottle! Sticker on it says 2 pack but there's only one!

This product was recommended to me. It seems CoQ10 is much more likely to be effective if taken in liquid form rather than as a pill. Since I began taking it at the same time as Osteo Bi-Flex I am not sure whether this is working or not. All I know is that my joint pain has been significantly reduced since I started taking them.
