So glad I ignored the negative, uninformed reviews!Ordered my exact size and the fit was perfect. Toe box is wide which allows the toes to spread like a barefoot shoe should. It has a little bit of padding under the heel and fairly substantial padding around the ankle. Yes, you can feel the ground and whatever is under your feet… you’re supposed to because it’s a BAREFOOT shoe. No, it does not have a heavily cushioned insole…it’s not supposed to because it’s a BAREFOOT shoe. No, it does not have arch support…it’s not supposed to. These shoes allow your foot to move in a natural way and helps keep muscles, tendons and ligaments strong. Constantly wearing highly padded shoes doesn’t do that.
