It helped with my back/sciatica pain!
I had to write a quick review for this product. I actually bought it to help relieve my horrible, horrible, painful sciatica. And guess what, it REALLY HELPED! I just rubbed it in the back area. The magnesium really helps calm the nerves. Now, I'm not saying it's a cure all, but really helped me. I put some on my heels and ohhhh it felt great! I will be keeping this product in stock around my house!

🩰 ballet school relief for 16 year old
My daughter is at a pre-professional dance school, dancing 6-7 day a week. She says this product has really helped sooth her feet/calf pain when dance is over for the day. Esp useful when you don’t have time for an epsom salt bath. I have tried it on my old feet and it feels good and smells pleasant and natural (I am extremely sensitive to smells/scents). I do find it dries a bit sticky/cakey for my liking, but if I put it on and wear a sock it’s fine. I would not use it in the day and put an unsocked foot into my shoes. Repeat buyer.

Sleep aid
Our chiropractor suggested using this on our toddler every night after bathtime as magnesium is an excellent sleep aid! Warm bath, coupled with body massage with this lotion is definitely improving our daughters sleep. We keep it in the fridge to have a cooling effect.
