This is the second time I have purchased this epilator to remove facial. It works very well, but does “pull,” since it is made to pill hair by the root. Which means it doesn’t return for quite awhile. The only “con” is that you may have to use a tweezers occasionally on a stubborn hair.

I bought this for the hair on my chin and upper lip. It will not pull out the stiff hairs on my chin no matter what I do. I'm back to my tweezers until I can find something that works. Ladies if you have the same problem with stiff chin hairs, please don't buy this! And it would take FOREVER to do your legs with it!

If you have any course hair it will not work well on them. Otherwise it is very easy very little discomfort. I would purchase it again.

Easy to use. Very happy with my epilator. Received it super fast. Does what it is supposed to do with ease.

I did not like that The head was too narrow everything else about this machine is great easy to handle great for traveling but the head is just way too narrow it takes longer to do the job

Works just as it should. Removes hair. Seems like it takes hair longer to grow back.
