After years of computer use, I have carpel tunnel and DeQuervains synovitis (agonising base of thumb pain). I had this firstly in my right hand a few years ago. I thought I was going to need surgery which can be a 50/50 outcome and is permanent. I changed to a sharks-fin mouse, gel support rest and more touch screen devices. It took 14 months to heal naturally and be able to use my hand as normal.It's now happened in my left wrist. I'm 6 months into the healing process but starting using this around a month ago and it's changed my life. Inflammation and pain is reduced instantly. I can move/use my claw like hand straight after use. Flexing was impossible/agonising but this applied throughout the day has progressively brought about improved pain relief, flexibility and ability to normally use the hand. I had to wear a thumb support brace for the full 14 months last time and I now only have to wear it when driving. It's definitely speeding up the healing process. I also tried to deep heat version. They smell and feel the same when applying but the freeze works better.I bought 6 tubes I was so impressed and didn't want to run out. My mum has chronic arthritic neck pain and I gave her a tube and she said it didn't seem to help but she hasn't used it long-term.A friend was also experiencing pain and curving in her fingers from computer use (uses a regular mouse).
