Is this SD card fat 32 formatted?

I do not think so. I had to format mine before using it in my PDR.

Are these counterfit?

I can't say if it is genuine or not. I purchased a 256gb card for my Fujifilm camera and it works, all the memory shows up and its fast.

Could I insert this card into a computer to add storage to it?

Yes, technically. It could store files. There are better options, such as an external hard drive, but it would work.

Could this sandisk work with Samsung galaxy s20+

NO! This is a standard SD card and the Galaxy S20 uses a micro SD card. Micro SD is on the right in video.
