I am not a nursing mother, I am a love-in grandmother who wanted her own large pillow when burping or cuddling the baby. This design works SO well for 1 baby too. I love that it has a pocket, but it should really have 2 pockets. There are additional covers available, my suggestion is that for the price point, the original cover have a water proof backing. The little one spots up while nursing and the flood requires the cover to be washed. That’s ok-but the liquid seeps through the fabric into the foam pillow structure. Please consider a waterproof backing on the topside and inner that goes around the tummy to keep the foam from getting wet and potentially smelly -especially when your little one is in a colicky or growth spurt that develops big wet burps or spit ups that resemble throwing up.

Unfortunately this product was first lost in shipping, ordered again -then delayed - as the twins had already arrived I bought elsewhere- however once it arrived it was a quality product - (note it is only the pillow cover) and the customer service was prompt and accommodating - I would order from this seller again.

Read the info before purchasing I thought I was purchasing a breastfeeding pillow for a solid deal when it's just an over priced pillow case. Riiiiip

Just had twins and this is a must have even if you are not breast feeding. Works with bottle feeding also. Only gripe is it took forever to arrive.
