I’ve been a gamer for a long time and been through many headsets. This out does all of them.It’s multi gaming function allows you to have two gaming systems connected to it at once, with a user interface that allows you to switch between them without having to move from your seat.The headset is very comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is brilliant. Recipients have also said that in crystal clear when talking, too.It has a retractable microphone to keep it safe when not playing, too.Great headset and well worth what we paid.

The microphone doesn't work and the gamedac causes static in the background (too loud to ignore)

I own the older version Arctis Pro wireless..... Gorgeous headset but poor design. I have a headset from 2014 more standard design and still working. These i bought in 2019 and the elbow hinge design failed as per the snip. They just snapped out of the thin plastic. I think the headband is light aluminium. fulcrum point on the plastic and pop.I am in discussion with steel series as out of warranty, but 2 years for a €350+ product and i may have to bin them. I use them lightly- stay in my computer room.I am trying to find out if the novo has reinforced the location of failure. Fingers crossed cos i love my SS headsets. Alt s to record some film footage is great in their software too. :)
