We love Fluxx!

Flux is always fun, no matter the version. This one has a few cards that I absolutely hate, but of course my other players ADORE. So that's a balanced game. Bartenders will have fun making fun of the combinations and cocktails. Seasoned drinkers don't care for the college style rules, but still love the game. Younger drinkers love the college rituals and the game. Great game for a family gathering of adults.

This game is great for friends. You don't have to be 21 to play, and there are rules for playing without alcohol. They also give instructions for how much to consume when playing, and cards to keep the game balanced and stop people from getting to drunk. I've enjoyed the game a lot across my 15+ times playing. The only drawback is the fact it lacks surprise cards, so the second someone meets the goal, there are no twists, they just win. The cards are plastic and survive well, even when mixed with drinks and condensation. The box is not plastic, though, so don't let that get wet. Great game overall.

Definitely light on the drinking part, but its still fun.

Great version of Fluxx. Definitely a drinking game (ie many of the rules/actions involve drinking), but with the "rules" of fluxx. Took it to Gen-Con and played when a bunch of game nerds went on a brewery tour - had an absolute blast. Just like all versions of Fluxx - rules are very easy and non-gamers can figure it out quickly and generally enjoy the game - even when REALLY drunk.

All the Fluxx variants are fun, but this one didn't grab me as some of the others. I would recommend Pirates or Monty Python over this one.

This version of Fluxx is well worth the price! It's one of our favorite one to play now. Only has a few creepers and no surprises but it is funny and reminiscent of P&A drinking game rules. It also has a very nice disclaimer about the drinking rules, saying that alcohol is not required to play and players can drink whatever they'd like and take as big of sips or gulps as they'd prefer.

I love the Fluxx games, and this one is no different. You can play a couple rounds before getting bored, and by the time you do get tired of it you're probably done drinking because some cards (like the rule Toastmaster) have every person drinking every turn, or RPS (rock, paper, scissors) where you challenge someone else, and the loser drinks. I absolutely recommend if you're looking for an easy-to-learn drinking game

Other versions of fluxx are better than this edition.

If you're looking for a drinking game, this is it. While the theme isn't as interesting as other versions of fluxx, it turns fluxx into an actual drinking game using optional rules built right into the game. It's fun. It's a simple small group party game. If you like fluxx and you like drinking games, you'll like this.
