Great for sensitive skin
Great repair cream for skin that becomes dry and chapped in winter. Does exactly what it says on the tin after one application for the whole day, would definitely recommend.

Soothing solution for dry skin.
I recently started using this Skin Intensive Rescue face lotion from Sorted, and it has made a noticeable difference for my dry and sensitive skin, particularly on my hands. Working in an environment that often leaves my hands parched, I've found this lotion to be incredibly soothing and effective. It not only helps relieve the dryness but also leaves my skin feeling noticeably smoother. One of the standout features for me is the scent. I appreciate that it's not overpowering in any way. In fact, I find it quite pleasant, with a subtle hint of mint that adds a refreshing touch. Taking a look at the ingredients, I'm impressed by the inclusion of natural oils like Tea Tree Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Cinnamon Oil, and Orange Peel Oil. These not only contribute to the pleasant scent but also provide additional skin benefits. Furthermore, I love supporting products made here in the UK, and the fact that this lotion is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free aligns perfectly with my values. It's reassuring to know that the brand is committed to both quality and ethical practices. Overall, this lotion has become a must-have in my skincare routine, especially for combating dryness on my hands. It's effective, has a delightful scent, and boasts a lineup of natural oils. Plus, its UK origin and cruelty-free status make it a product I'm more than happy to endorse.

Very hydrating but also very stinky!
I have chronically dry facial skin that really struggles to retain moisture, so I am constantly on the lookout for products that will not only hydrate my skin, but last for longer than a couple of hours at best. (I do not have flaky/itchy or otherwise damaged skin, so I cannot comment on the affects it has on those conditions.) This stuff so far seems to be almost up to the task of keeping my skin happy - I say almost as it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to before I'm needing to reapply it. It is a deep hydrator so the cream is quite rich - you only need a small amount, otherwise it becomes very hard to rub in and for the skin to absorb. Despite being so rich, it does not leave the skin looking overly shiny or oily, but it does leave behind some shine - if you are not a fan of the shiny face look, I'd recommend using as little as you can get away with and using oil-blot papers after the cream has been absorbed to get rid of any excess left behind. One big downside for me is that the cream is HIGHLY fragrant, which I do not like at all. I'm very sensitive to scent or fragrance in skincare/cosmetics and this one has a very rich, very noticeable smell to it that is absolutely vile. The only reason I'm putting up with the smell is because the cream is doing a good job at hydrating my skin, but I SO wish the company had thought to make a fragrance free option for those of us with highly sensitive skin and noses. As for hydration, it does well on my skin personally for around 3-4 hours, at which time I find myself topping it up. (I do not wear make up, so this is easily done for me any time or place.) As I said, small amounts are all that's necessary as a little goes a long way, so whilst the bottle is quite small (50ml for £13.49 currently), I feel small frequent applications like this will have the bottle running out quite fast, making it an investment at the asking price it is right now. I was pleased to see that this company is vegan and cruelty free, so I am guilt free using it, which is always great - I avoid companies and brands that test on animals as it's so unnecessary nowadays. Overall, a decent hydrator but the potent fragrance has me holding my breath every time I apply it. I would STRONGLY urge the company to please consider making fragrance free options of their products.

My skin is sorted!
I suffer from dry, itchy, sensitive skin, so I was eager to try this product. The Sorted Skin Intensive Rescue Face Lotion is quite strongly scented; if you prefer fragrance-free products, this won’t be for you. Personally, I think it's lovely; it smells of tea tree oil, peppermint, menthol, and eucalyptus all rolled into one. The lotion is thinner and runnier than a cream; it applies easily and absorbs quickly. I’ve found that a little goes a very long way, so the 50 ml should last a good while. It leaves my face feeling soft, soothed, and hydrated without being greasy. I haven’t had any adverse reactions to the lotion, either. This is the second product I’ve tried from Sorted Skin, and I’ve been extremely impressed with both. I highly recommend. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope you found it helpful.

Smells medicinal!! Definitely not for sensitive skin!!! My wife with normal skin tried it too and she didn’t like it either!

Cooling cream that reduces redness
This is a really excellent face cream perfect for irritated skin. The cream itself is runnier than I expected, so do be careful when squeezing! The first couple of times I used it I ended up with too much cream. The cream absorbs fairly well, it takes a little longer than other face creams I have used. The cream has a lovely cooling effect on the skin. I have been using it fairly regularly at night before bed, it has a lovely relaxing scent as well so pleasant to apply before sleep. My skin does look and feel less irritated and the cream is particularly good if my skin has had a lot of sunshine. I would certainly recommend this if you are looking for a calming face cream to help reduce redness.

Impressive UK-made lotion
I like this cream. It’s quite thin and non-greasy, easy to apply and readily absorbed. It has a distinct smell but I can’t quite identify it – not a perfume, more what I’d call a ‘hospital’ smell. Eucalyptus perhaps? The listing says aloe vera but I’m not convinced. It doesn’t linger but I quite like it. This is a UK-made product and there don’t seem to be any obvious nasties among the ingredients. The price is reasonable too, and the lotion seems to be doing a terrific job on the dry, flaky skin on my forehead. For those reasons, I’m impressed enough to order more Sorted Skin products, hence an easy five stars from me.
