BonobossBonoBoss BS100 4.1 Channel Soundbar Multimedia Speaker System

I bought this as a replacement for my cheap computer speakers. I hate the satellite design that seems to be the standard for computers this day. The speakers I replaced were purchased back in the windows 95 era, so they've seen a lot of use and it was their time.Pros: this speaker looks very sleek, and doesn't make crackle noises when my phone is near it. The plug ins are on the side of the device, which gives no interference to the speakers.Cons: after plugging in the speakers, they were much quieter than my old ones. I had to adjust the volume in windows to Max and then adjust the speakers up to get a comparable output to my old ones. Also, the sound range was much smaller than my old crappy speakers (high to low range). Near the high end of its output it produces static noise as well. The stereo output is nice, things in mono sound a little flat.Thoughts: for $60, these don't quite qualify as cheap. If the output range were better I would be happier. They aren't so bad as a computer speaker that I would return them. If you want high quality sound however, these are not for you. If you need this for a cheap stereo solution (like a cheap tv soundbar) then this could work, so long as you have another way to increase its volume.

I thought it was compatible with my Vizio TV, it was not although it does work with the ipad and ipod but you must have electrical close by..Not at all what I wanted it to be...But hey it works in the right place ...

Bought this a little while back and finally got it out of the box and all hooked up to my hisense television and got... nothing. no soft sound, no loud sound, no sound at all. However it has been past the warranty from date of purchase. I guess i'll have to keep it and maybe it can be a door stop.
